Supply Chain & Logistics Lead - SPARK

Join Crusoe as the Supply Chain & Logistics Lead for SPARK, where you will own the end-to-end supply chain for the product line, from long-lead item sourcing and supplier management to BOM cost reduction and inventory strategy. The role requires 10+ years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement in a hardware-intensive environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or procurement in a hardware-intensive environment
• Demonstrated success managing supplier relationships for long-lead, capital-intensive components such as transformers, UPS, cooling systems, or structural steel
• Strong command of MRP/ERP systems and procurement tools
• Measurable history of driving BOM cost reduction through supplier negotiations, design-to-cost collaboration, and volume leverage
• Ability to operate independently and influence engineering, finance, and manufacturing partners without direct authority
• Comfortable making procurement decisions in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
