Job Description
Crux is hiring a BizOps Strategist to design and deploy automation-first infrastructure across our Investment Products business lines. This role is tailored for a problem-solver who blends a deep understanding of investments operations with a tool-savvy mindset. You’ll be instrumental in eliminating friction across go-to-market workflows, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, and n8n, and pushing the envelope on how we use automation and AI to streamline operations, optimize our GTM motion, and enhance customer experience.
