Job Description
Crux is a capital markets platform changing the way clean energy and manufacturing projects are financed in the U.S. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Portfolio Management to help design and scale Crux's portfolio management framework for tax equity and preferred equity investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Environmental Studies or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy finance, asset management, or structured finance
- Strong knowledge of partnership flip and preferred equity structures, funding mechanics, and tax compliance
- FINRA license(s) Series 79 and 63 required or willingness to obtain within 90 days
