Crux is a capital markets platform changing the way clean energy and manufacturing projects are financed in the U.S. We're seeking a Managing Director to join our Industry Coverage team, responsible for building relationships with and advising developers, IPPs, utilities, manufacturers, and sponsors on capital structure & formation across debt, tax equity, tax credits and future financial products.
Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in power & utilities or renewables finance
- Significant transactional experience across debt, equity, M&A, & tax equity
- Experience successfully building client relationships around financing, especially in an investment banking coverage experience
- Recognized expert in clean energy & infrastructure capital markets
- Motivated by hitting goals & supporting clients
