Crux is a capital markets platform changing the way clean energy and manufacturing projects are financed in the U.S. We are looking for a Principal, Markets & Transactions - Buyside to rapidly scale the network of buyers and execute more transactions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in selling tax-related financial products to corporates and family offices, or advising on tax credit accounting methods and transactions, or having played a leading role in structured origination and/or distribution of financial products, especially tax credits or tax equity
- Two plus years of renewable tax credit experience
- Comfortable and confident with cold outreach, conference participation and public speaking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Unrivaled relationship building skills; you build trust quickly and communicate clearly
- Adaptable and excited about building at the early stage
- Willing to travel, 25%
