Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in the daily operations of the client site. Requirements
- Input accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
- Generate financial reports.
- Research and clarification of member account disputes.
- Prepare security deposit notices and participate in 8-year payment review.
- Maintain monthly EIV binders.
- Assist with property inspections and maintenance.
- Prepare unit inspection reports.
