Job Description
Cryptio is seeking a CRM Ops Marketer to build and scale AI-powered, highly personalized customer journeys that drive activation, adoption, expansion, and retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with Growth Owners, Sales, Product, and Events to turn the CRM into a strategic growth engine, powering multi-channel campaigns. This role requires a CRM expert with AI instincts, a creative edge, and a drive to optimize customer touchpoints.
Requirements
- HubSpot expertise
- Familiarity with tools like Amplemarket, Apollo, or similar
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or fintech CRM marketing (3+ years preferred)
- Experience designing journeys across activation, adoption, retention, and upsell
- Obsession with AI in marketing
- Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
- Highly collaborative with strong project management skills
