Job Description
A leading global digital asset platform is seeking a Global Head / Director of Account & Liquidity Management to own and scale the company's liquidity ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, liquidity management, prime brokerage, or market-making
- Demonstrable track record of onboarding and managing relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, or prime brokerage clients
- Deep understanding of order book dynamics, market microstructure, FIX/API connectivity, and exchange infrastructure
- Strong existing network across institutional trading firms, market makers, OTC desks, and/or traditional finance counterparties
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage multi-stakeholder relationships at C-suite level
- Exceptional analytical skills ā comfortable working with trading data, liquidity metrics, and P&L attribution
- Experience operating across multiple jurisdictions (APAC, EMEA, Americas) with sensitivity to regional regulatory environments
