Job Description
Join our HR team as a Junior HR Operations Specialist and manage hiring workflows, system updates, and employee relations. Responsibilities include managing new joiners hiring and onboarding, entering data into HR systems, and providing administrative support to the HR team and other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 1 year in HR roles
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Proactive approach with a focus on practical solutions and a 'can-do' attitude
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Comfortable navigating change and shifting priorities with ease
- Strong sense of integrity and professional discretion
