We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying defects and improving test processes.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing.
• Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans.
• Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team.
• Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes.
• Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.
