Job Description
We are looking for a commercially curious and execution-focused Trading Initiatives & Business Manager to join our Trading team, supporting and driving the delivery of new trading initiatives and leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and project tracking.
Requirements
- Min 3-4 years of experience in a trading, strategy, project management, business management, or financial services role.
- Working knowledge of at least one of the following: TradFi markets, crypto markets, prediction/event markets.
- Demonstrable project and programme management skills — Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology. Familiar with SDLC and use of Jira.
- Experience or keen on AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI research assistants, automation platforms) in a professional or personal capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear briefing notes, status updates, and stakeholder presentations.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
