Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapy department is seeking a motivated individual to join a growing, supportive team. The position offers hands-on mentoring with a founder, paid continuing education, and cutting-edge technology. The role involves assessing, planning, organizing, and administering rehabilitative programs, focusing on improving mobility and daily function, relieving pain, and improving or correcting disability.

Requirements

• Assess, plan, organize, and administer rehabilitative programs
• Evaluate patient data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis
• Provide quality care based on patient pathology
• Utilize functional activities with proper coding and documentation
• Supervise supportive personnel
• Manage active patients and ensure compliance with treatment plan
• Completes daily notes and reports
