Job Description
CSA Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their local finance team in Plattling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. They will be responsible for managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, collaborating with external tax advisors, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Education background preferably as German certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter)
- Strong knowledge of HGB and basic understanding of IFRS
- Experience in working with external tax advisors and auditors
- Excellent German language skills (both written and spoken)
- Good English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with the parent company and other departments
- Positive attitude and a strong sense of service orientation
