CSA Group is looking for a Project Engineer - Hazardous Location to support the evaluation, testing, and certification of electrical and mechanical products intended for use in hazardous locations. The role involves assisting senior engineers with project coordination, standards compliance, documentation, and basic testing activities.

Requirements

• Support certification projects for hazardous location products
• Assist senior engineers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
• Review basic engineering documents such as drawings, datasheets, and test records
• Support laboratory and on-site testing activities and document test results
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, checklists, and certification documents
• Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, quality, and testing laboratories
• Communicate with customers and certification bodies under supervision
• Support audits and quality assessments by preparing records and documentation
• Follow company procedures and applicable safety and quality requirements
