Insurance Litigation Attorney (CA License Required) – Remote

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Insurance Litigation Attorney with 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense practice. The role is remote with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska. The attorney will handle litigated and non-litigated files, advise and mentor less senior attorneys, and travel for depositions, mediations, and trials.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in insurance defense practice
• Courtroom and first or second chair trial experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with assigned paralegal(s) and support staff
• License to practice law in California required
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in an organized and timely manner
• Proficient computer skills, including MS office and online research tools
