Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of experience in a customer-facing virtual environment
- P&C or Personal Lines License (obtained within 6 months of hire date)
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year or more in a Chat support role communicating with customers via Chat preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
