Job Description
The Data Analytics & MIS Manager will gather required reporting and dashboard for regular review and monitoring of all CASA products & processes to increase customer delight.
Requirements
- Building of different MIS, Dashboards and Analytical models
- Engage with IT MIS team to automate MISs for production
- Analyse different trends in data and present meaningful analysis and MIS to management
- Track key business parameters and develop reports related to Products, Portfolio Movement, RM productivity, Sales Team Productivity etc.
- Provide required inputs for Incentive calculations for RMs and Sales team and run a sanity check on it
