Job Description
To provide mid-level operational support for Oracle engineered systems - specifically Oracle Private Cloud Appliance (PCA) and Oracle Exadata. Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Mid-level operational support experience
- Oracle PCA and Exadata infrastructure operations experience
- Leadership and team management experience
- Architecture design and implementation experience
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
- Scripting and orchestration tool experience (e.g., Ansible, Shell, Python)
