Security Specialist - Offensive Security| Thane

Red Team Specialist executes complex adversary simulation engagements across network, hybrid cloud, web, and mobile environments.

Requirements

• Conduct red team operations with full attack lifecycle coverage (initial access to persistence).
• Manage command-and-control infrastructures (Cobalt Strike, Empire, etc.).
• Lead engagement scoping, threat emulation planning and simulation setup.
• Perform advanced lateral movement, evasion, and privilege escalation techniques.
• Use Cymulate or other BAS tools for continuous offensive testing and control validation.
• Develop scripts, payloads, or automation for red team use.
• Prepare and review deliverables before submission.
• Maintain vendor inventory, engagements including onboarding, off-boarding, payments, agreements etc.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors of the ISMD team.
• Track vendor performance metrics ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Create and manage annual budget for the division and oversee the consumption.
