Requirements
- Proven ability to build trust quickly and convert inbound customer interest into closed sales
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and attention to detail
- Experience handling custom orders, pricing discussions, and complex product questions
- Proactive approach to driving revenue through follow-ups, outreach, and relationship management
- Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
- Experience using CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage pipelines, and prioritize outreach
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sales tools, workflow automation, or data-driven prospecting strategies to enhance productivity and customer engagement
