Seasonal Retail Gearhead / Sales Associate (Part Time)

Backcountry is seeking a dynamic Seasonal Retail Gearhead to join their team during the holiday season (November-February). The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and offering personalized gear and apparel recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor activities and possess strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Greet and assist customers with purchases
• Provide product information, advice, and recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Manage inventory levels and restock merchandise
• Participate in company-wide promotions
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products
• Work weekends, holidays, and evenings, especially during the seasonal period
