Job Description
As a Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table, you will play a key role in the success of the retail store by inspiring customers throughout every stage of their culinary experience. You will support the General Manager (GM) or Store Manager (SM) in achieving sales and operational goals, and serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a #bestincenter customer experience.
