CSC Generation is seeking a VP of Corporate Development, Portfolio Operations to lead the company's inorganic growth strategy, including M&A lifecycle, target identification, and post-acquisition integration. The successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and executive leadership to develop and refine the corporate development strategy, evaluate potential M&A targets, and drive synergy realization across the portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a proven track record of executing complex M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the retail and consumer industries, with experience evaluating market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
