Job Description
To support the Manager in delivering company secretarial and corporate governance services to a portfolio of US-headquartered multinational clients and their Asia-Pacific subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in company secretarial / corporate services
- ICSA / CGI qualified or equivalent (or near completion) preferred
- Proficiency in company secretarial software (e.g., ViewPoint)
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred
