Global Compliance Specialist / Jurist / Juristassistent / Paralegal

We are currently looking for a Global Compliance Specialist / Company Secretarial Specialist to join our team in Sweden. The role involves providing corporate compliance and governance services to Fortune 500 companies in over 140 countries. The ideal candidate will have a few years of legal experience in Sweden, fluency in Swedish and English, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
• Utbildning inom eller dokumenterad erfarenhet av svensk juridik
• Erfarenhet av gränsöverskridande bolagsrättslig compliance och/eller transaktioner
• God problemlösningsförmåga
• Nyfikenhet och vilja att lära sig nya saker
• Prestigelös, självgående och energisk person som trivs i en internationell teammiljö
