Job Description
The Loan Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing loan agency mandates, interpreting facility agreements, and executing transactions. The role offers hands-on ownership and direct client and deal exposure.
Requirements
- 3–6 years in bank loan operations, loan agency / loan administration or corporate trust with loan exposure
- Strong understanding of syndicated loans, including interest calculations and day count conventions
- Degree in Banking & Finance or related discipline
