Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Collections Manager to optimize the collection of outstanding receivables. This role oversees a team of collection specialists and partners closely with internal departments to drive continuous improvement in cash flow and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of collections and dispute management processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with ERP and A/R systems
