The Senior People and Culture Business Partner will partner with leaders in Channel Islands to deliver a people-forward, data-driven, and values-led People and Culture agenda that supports business performance and colleague experience.
Requirements
- Significant People and Culture generalist/business partnering experience
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations best practice
- Working knowledge of relevant Jersey and Guernsey employment legislation
- Experience supporting leaders in a regulated environment
- Proven capability using PC data/insights to influence decisions and measure outcomes
