Senior Software Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our distributed team and contribute to the design and development of features for our cloud-based commercial tax software product. The role involves collaborating with a team of software developers, quality assurance, project management, and product management teams, and working on a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of full stack software design and development experience and strong expertise in C#, TypeScript, React, and cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Requirements

• Collaborate proactively with a distributed team
• Write quality code to create new features and resolve issues
• Peer review colleagues' code and suggest improvements
• Remain up to date with cutting-edge technology and experiment with and learn new technologies
• Coach and mentor more junior software engineers
• Participate in daily standup to keep the team informed and on track
• Testing is a shared responsibility, including unit testing and integration testing automation
