Job Description
The Principal Software Engineer will shape and evolve our architecture using Distributed Domain Driven Design (DDD) practices. They will influence architectural directions, consult on best practices, and guide teams leveraging design patterns. This role involves architectural leadership, platform capability enhancement, and effective communication with stakeholders. DISCO provides an AI-powered legal solution to streamline document review and case management.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with high volume distributed technical architectures
- Experience with ElasticSearch, NoSQL Stores, Kafka, Columnar Databases, DataFlow, and Pipeline Systems
- Experience with Enterprise Message Bus platforms and tooling
- Skills in CI/CD and API/Data Model Design
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and design patterns
- Knowledge of design and operation of data-intensive, distributed systems
