Job Description
CSG is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and scale cloud and infrastructure operations across AWS and Azure. The ideal candidate is hands-on with configuration management, infrastructure as code, automation, and scripting across Windows and Linux environments.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of configuration management (Chef preferred; Puppet/Ansible acceptable)
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS architecture and Azure services
- Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, boards)
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Bash; Python for automation
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Solid background in DevOps and infrastructure operations
- Experience managing both Linux and Windows environments
- Ability to troubleshoot and automate operational workflows
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, ELK, Prometheus)
- Experience with security best practices and compliance in cloud environments
- Strong documentation and operational runbook practices
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Clear communication and collaboration across teams
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment
