Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer who brings mainframe (COBOL) development experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates effectively with QA, Business Analysts, and customers. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain moderate to complex batch applications using COBOL and JCL/PROCs.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Atleast 4+ years previous COBOL development experience.
- Previous exposure to Automation Frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with QA teams and Business Analysts across the full development lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
