Job Description
CSG is looking for a Software Development Engineer Lead to build scalable, maintainable, enterprise-grade products and lead the delivery of new features for the Ascendon Platform. The ideal candidate has experience in software development and support/maintenance, C#,.NET, SQL querying, and cloud providers like AWS.
Requirements
- Build highly available, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems
- Continuously improve assigned areas by applying scripting, automation, or application packaging
- Resolve complex engineering problems
- Support the platform in customer-facing environments, including troubleshooting issues and monitoring the system
- Be willing to learn from and coach those around you
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, or other forms of team quality procedures
- Be able to mentor and guide junior team members
