Job Description
CSIRO is looking for a Learning and Student Experience Designer to support the delivery of the Next Generation Graduates Program (NGGP), a Commonwealth-funded initiative addressing critical skills shortages in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and quantum. The role involves designing engaging learning and cohort experiences for Masters and Honours students nationwide, and collaborating with the NGGP team and subject matter experts to review and refine coursework for online, hybrid, and in-person delivery.
Requirements
- University level qualification in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
- Familiarity with topics covered in the Next Generation Graduates Program
- Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and delivering learning experiences
- Demonstrated ability to support student experiences
- Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills
