Senior Litigation Paralegal – Catastrophic Injury Defense - On-Site, Miami, FL

Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented litigation paralegal to join our Miami office, supporting attorneys who handle catastrophic injury matters.

Requirements

• Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) designation or NALA Certified Paralegal (CP) required
• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in catastrophic injury or high-exposure cases
• Extensive experience handling circuit court litigation
• Strong experience with medical record review and case analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Westlaw
• Familiarity with Litify, iManage, or other case/document management software
