Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in case management, member care, customer service, call center, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer skills for documentation, email, and chat support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to utilize resources effectively for problem-solving while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and typing in both Spanish and English.
