Job Description
Maintains property assets, assists guests, and works with the Chief Engineer to understand preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- CPO, and appliance repair certification is desired, or the ability to obtain certification based on property needs
- Current and valid drivers' license with safe driving record
