Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain hotel systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be thorough, practical, and safety-conscious. The role involves team and independent work, and may require flexibility in scheduling. This position is part of the growing team at Hotel and focuses on the facilities and public spaces within the hotel.
Requirements
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects
- Complete pool and exercise room equipment repairs if necessary
- Ongoing involvement in preventative maintenance programs
- Check stocking levels of all consumables
- Work with Chief Engineer and Management team
