Job Description
As a Part-Time Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the inspection, repairs, and maintenance of a variety of hotel systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Recognize, report, and correct potential safety hazards
- Complete basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs
- Complete painting, minor roof repairs, and other exterior projects
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Work with Chief Engineer and Management team to identify and accomplish all technical and skilled related projects
