Commercial Project Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related construction degree
• 5+ years of project management experience in the commercial and/or industrial environment
• In-depth understanding of forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, scheduling, and scope management
• Strong and flexible management skills with the ability to adapt to changes and workloads
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, where they can delegate tasks, motivate others, and manage priorities in a deadline-oriented environment
