The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, with a focus on industrial processing, CSA work, and MEP trade divisions. The role requires effective leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of project execution strategies and safety protocols.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related CM/PM experience within Industrial construction, preferably for a Construction Management or General Contracting firm
- Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred, but not required, assuming a combination of relevant education and experience commensurate with duties/responsibilities
- Knowledge in large-scale CSA projects, ASME BPVC Code (B31.3, B31.1, Section IX, etc.) is highly desirable
- Electrical, controls, distribution and automation experience is highly desirable
- MEP Trade certifications and licenses are desirable
- Proven track record of solid safety implementation experience and successful safety performance record
- Completion of the OSHA 30-hour training program is desirable
