Job Description
CSM Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring project objectives are met safely and efficiently. The Superintendent will work with project directors and trade personnel, manage projects from start to finish, and provide technical support to on-site teams. They will be responsible for safety implementation, scheduling, and quality control.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related construction management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of building codes (IBC, NEC, ASME, UMC, NFPA, etc.)
- Trade certifications and licenses (desirable)
- Safety experience (certification is required)
- Experience with projects valued at more than $25,000,000 (desirable)
- Minimum training on utilizing equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.)
