The Construction Superintendent will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities in an active project setting to assure the seamless and successful execution of project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of related construction management experience within heavy construction, preferably for a Construction Management, General Contracting, or trade contracting firm.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus, but not required assuming a combination of relevant education and experience that is commensurate with the duties/responsibilities outlined.
- Knowledge of building codes (IBC, NEC, ASME, UMC, NFPA, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Trade certifications and licenses are desirable.
- Proven track record of solid safety implementation and successful safety performance record.
- Completion of OSHA 30-hour training program is desirable.
- Experience with projects valued at more than $25,000,000 is highly desirable.
- Minimum Training on Utilizing Equipment, such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, fork trucks, etc.
- Proficiency in contemporary technology platforms, or an ability and willingness to learn.
