Job Description
CSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and expand our insurance partnerships across the U.S. market. The successful candidate will take ownership of their pipeline, proactively identify new opportunities, and position CSN as a trusted partner within the collision repair industry.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, insurance services, or a related field
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing high-value partnerships
- Strong background in collision repair, insurance, or automotive-related industries (preferred)
- Experience managing both new business development and ongoing client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment
