Intern - Safety

The Safety Intern works closely with the site Safety Coordinator in conjunction with the Director of Health & Safety. This Internship will give a hands-on learning opportunity while supporting the implementation and monitoring of comprehensive health and safety programs within our farm locations.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or a related field.
• A valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one and pass vehicle insurance verification.
• Generally tech savvy and can use basic software systems such Microsoft Excel and Word, and willing to learn new internal safety systems if required.
• Possess excellent organizational and project management skills.
• An excellent communicator; asking for and valuing positive and constructive feedback in an effort to grow within your role and career.
