The Parts Coordinator will support company operations by organizing, tracking, purchasing, receiving, delivering and maintaining stock of parts while providing administrative support to the department Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience working with inventory management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while managing resources in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of measurement and equipment parts
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to overcome obstacles while accomplishing assigned tasks
- Proficient skill with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) as well as teleconferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to present information in a competent, efficient manner
- Demonstrated strong work-ethic with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and Spanish
