Requirements

• Self-directed and highly motivated
• Experience designing fiber optic, coaxial, or telephone outside plant
• AutoCAD or comparable design program expertise
• Experience overseeing and training junior team members
• Ability to estimate costs and construction timelines
• Ability to write brief memos and notes for reporting and documentation
• Experience with state and local permitting processes
• Experience with pole attachment and make ready
