The internship involves various tasks such as identifying and addressing relevant specialists and managers, preparing interviews, and supporting the team lead in the daily business.

Requirements

• You take on assignments in Active Sourcing to identify and address relevant specialists and managers
• You prepare interviews and take part
• You proactively support your team lead in the daily business
• You write and post job advertisements
• You develop candidate profiles independently for our customers
• You are studying economics, social sciences, humanities, or a comparable field of study and have discovered your passion for HR during this time
• You are customer-oriented and have an independent and systematic way of working
• You approach people openly, communicate well by phone, and work enthusiastically with team success
• A positive aura and a self-assured appearance are among your strengths
• You have a desire to make the digital environment your playground and to explore the net
• Funded MS Office knowledge makes it easy for you to get into a new software
• You speak German and English fluently
