Requirements
- Provide attention through chat channels and self-service portal.
- Manage SLAs for digital attention.
- Register cases received through different channels in designated tools.
- Provide technical support and manage requests and incidents according to procedures, knowledge bases, and service scope.
- Follow up and control assigned tickets.
- Manage user creation, deletion, and modification.
- Notify service disruptions.
- Ensure service continuity and notify the responsible person in case of operational interruptions.
- Ensure service coverage in case of absences or unforeseen events.
- Collaborate in the update of existing BDCs and the generation of new ones.
