Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work closely with our Physical Therapists, supporting pediatric patients in their journey to improved mobility and independence.
Requirements
- Schedule, plan activities and provide rehabilitative services for physical therapy services following the Plan of Care outlined by a licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintain adequate records on all patients, including summary reports
- Collaborate with other health team personnel and family members in methods of assisting patient in improving, correcting, and accepting his/her disabilities
